Our Approach
Integrated
network
Angala Fintech is a core part of a network of nine standalone solutions providers, each with the common purpose of supporting communities and enabling farmers, food producers and SMEs to increase output.
The sister businesses interconnect and synergise to enable Angala Fintech to optimise its services.
Our network of solutions providers operates across agriculture, crop services, food and retail, energy, logistics, asset finance, and insurance. Angala Fintech, for example, provides financial services to smallholder farmers, with agents concentrated in agricultural regions. These agents interconnect with the other companies to provide any financial transactions the farmers require. An agent might work with Japtini Energy, for example, to provide loans for a solar irrigation pump.
The Payrail offering starts with farming businesses and runs through the processed food distribution and retail networks. We take advantage of this natural ecosystem to keep abreast of demand for various financial services and respond with agents and training as needed.
